Innowayt is an Intermediary:
Innowayt acts as an “Intermediary” solely to assist the Users in gathering travel information,
determining the availability of travel-related products and services, making legitimate reservations
or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for facilitating travel requirements.
You acknowledge that Innowayt merely provides intermediary services in order to facilitate
services to You and to the third party suppliers (“Supplier”),who You can access and transact
with. Innowayt is not the last mile service provider to you and therefore Innowayt shall
not be deemed to be responsible for any lack or deficiency of service provided by any person
or entity including Supplier, airline, hotel, activity provider, or similar agency that You
engage, hire or avail from the Website.Likewise, Innowayt shall also not be responsible or
liable to Suppliertowards the performance of Your obligations vis-à-vis the Suppliertowards
the transaction.

No Offer:
The information on this Website is for general informational purposes only. Information on this
Website does not constitute an offer binding to Innowayt. Binding agreements with Supplier
for Services available on the Website require a booking request through the Website and the
Supplier's acceptance of the booking request according to the Terms of Use.

Services:

Innowayt through the Website runs a B2B (Business-to-Business) platform where Users have the chance to find and book travel
bookings, tours, activities and experiences all over the world for their customer(s).
The Services comprises flight, hotel bookings and travel bookings, guided tours, sightseeing
tours and other services. The Supplier’s services can be accessed via the platform made
available on the Website and thereupon bookings can be made. You can placeoffers through
the Website on the Supplier(s) around the world with whom the respective booking for
the Services is concluded through the transaction on the Website
(“Transaction”).

Once the User has entered his/her desired Service(s) on the Website (e.g. travel destination, type of service, start time,
number of participants and price options), Innowayt shall show the User the information
about the Supplier’s Services (“Service Information“). Based on this information, the
User can, where applicable after checking availability, make a contractual offer, by
placing an offer, to be sent to the respective Supplier. This happens, after the selection
and transfer to the shopping basket, by clicking on the button “confirm and book”.

Innowayt shall provide the User with a booking confirmation issued in the name of, and on behalf of, the Supplier, as well
as a payment confirmation. The costs for the technical access to the Website are to be
borne by the user.

All payments towards Your transaction shall have to be done directly to the Supplier. As and when applicable, if Innowayt
collects the payments towards your transaction, then for such transactions Innowayt is
permitted to collect the invoiced amounts in the name of, and behalf of the Supplier.

Towards the Services, Innowayt shall levy on the User and/or Supplier a subscription fee on periodic basis or per transaction
basis. You consent and accept to pay the subscription fee towards the use of such Services.

Innowayt shall forward the User any data for the use of a Supplier’s service according to the applicable conditions (such
as ticket data, booking confirmation), once they have been received by the Supplier.

Innowayt assumes no guarantee for the accuracy of data forwarded by Supplier, or for the performance of services by the Supplier,
as all the information indicated and forwarded is based on data from Supplier or third
parties, which Innowayt cannot check in detail or guarantee.

Innowayt, if notified by Supplier, shall notify the User of any conditions of the Transaction imposed by the Supplier. They
can be found in the booking confirmation. The User is responsible for meeting and complying
with these conditions. The Supplier reserves the right to accept or reject the Transaction
or undertake an action, or to exclude the Transaction, if theUser does not meet the conditions
set by Supplier.

Communication Policy of the Website:
Upon transacting on the Website, you will receive an e-mail from Innowayt informing the status
of your transaction. The e-mail will be sent only to the e-mail address provided by you and
Innowayt is not responsible towards the receipt of the said e-mail in your inbox. You will
have to take due care and caution in providing e-mail address, contact details and other
details to Innowayt. You are responsible for entering the proper and accurate contact details
including of the customer, their name (as per Passport), email ID to ensure that we can effectively
communicate with You and the Supplier. Innowayt is not responsible to provide information
on any change in itinerary, flight schedules, cancellation, status of airline/hotel etc.
Any grievance regarding the Services should be communicated as per the grievance policy laid
out herein and Innowayt shall place such grievance before the Supplier. If the grievance
is in relation to or attributable to Supplier, the Supplier shall be responsible and liable
to resolve the same, Innoway shall assume no liability or responsibility in this regard.

Availability and Rules of Service:
The availability of products and Services displayed on the Website does not imply or warrant
that these products or Services will be available at any time in your particular geographical
location. The products and Services also are subject to availability, Innowayt shall not
be responsible if at the time of completing the transaction on the Website, the product or
Services is not available or is sold out. You should check with customer support
support@innowayt.com for the availability of specific products and Services in your area.

that Innowat shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or
loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such

Registration:

The access to the Website can generally be done anonymously but registration is compulsory for the use of the Website/platform
and availing the Services.

During registration, the User sends an electronic registration form and consents to the Terms of Use. The registration with
Innowayt is only concluded once a confirmation is sent to the e-mail address specified
by the User. Innowayt may require the User to execute additional documents and agreements
for the use of the Service, which the User will have to sign to avail or continue to

reservations associated with Your name, email address, or account, and close any associated
Innowayt accounts. In addition, Innowayt may verify (i.e. preauthorize) Your credit card
or mode of payment. If You have conducted any fraudulent activity, Innowayt reserves
the right to take any necessary legal action and You may be liable for monetary losses
to Innowayt, including litigation costs and damages. To contest the cancellation of a
booking or freezing or closure of an account, please contact Innowayt Customer Service.

Innowayt reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that the security, safety and integrity of Innowayt’s
systems as well as its client’s interests are and remain, well-protected. Towards this
end, Innowayt may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability
and validity of orders placed by You.

If Innowayt, in its sole and exclusive discretion, concludes that the said Transaction(s)are not or do not reasonably appear
to be, authentic, enforceable or valid, then Innowayt may cancel the Transactions at
any time up before the scheduled time of fulfilment of booking or before the departure
of the relevant flight or before the expected date of visit to any property booked through
Innowayt.

If You send any communications or materials to Innowayt by electronic mail or otherwise, including any comments, data, questions,
suggestions or the like, all such communications are, and will be treated by Innowayt,
as non-confidential.
